My Approach

I provide services to individuals and couples experiencing issues that include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, infidelity, grief, anger management, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and parenting challenges. 

Once therapy begins, I prefer to collaborate with clients on a therapeutic modality that best addresses their concerns and falls within my credentials, such as:

  • Compassion Focused Therapy
  • Self-compassion
  • Mindfulness
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Emotionally-Focused Therapy (for couples)
  • Internal Family Systems

My approach is wrapped in a person-centred, strength-based and culturally competent stance so as to ensure my clients’ best interests are a priority.
